Hi all, I need help with the following..

I want to get a mutated protein expressed in plants.

If I have the relevant nucleotide sequence, how can I generate the new sequence of DNA.

Are there any vectors which can be used both as a cloning vector and expression vector?

I came across the pB2GW7 vector. can anyone add a link to download the vector map of this? and the literature said this vector does not have the tag. since I need to purify the protein by chromatography, (preferably nickel nta method)is it ok to use this?

Please clarify and thank you
