Hello!
I am working on determining phenolic acid in molasses. A standard garlic acid curve was done and an equation was generated. And the products' garlic acid was similarly generated. The absorbance values of the tested product fell within the standard curve values. How do i use equation generated in the standard gallic acid curve and apply it with the aborbance values obtained with the product? Then how shall I calculate the phenolic acids in the product ? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
