Hello All,

I am a beginner in the field of genomics/ proteomics but now I have to do ChiP-Seq analysis for my work. Before going to the sequencing part, I first wanted to confirm whether general ChiP technique is working in my hand. I know the genes which are known to be targeted by my transcription factor (positive control gene) but I don't know how to select the genomic region where they bind, and design primers which can selectively amplify these regions after the ChiP. I would really appreciate any help/suggestion.

Also, if anybody knows good ChiP kit, please let me know too.

Thanks a ton,...
