Dear all, The supplier of the enzyme i procured provided the activity as U/g. I however wish to express the activity in terms of IU. Can you kindly help me clear this issue as I am very confuse with the same.

the manufacturer should also have defined the unit (eg umoles substrate converted/minute). you can then compare that to the definition of IU for your enzyme.
the units used may be IU and they're telling you how many are in a gram of material.
