Please help.

I know the equation which is number of transconjugants/number of donors but I don't know how to calculate either of these.

The example is:

E.coli at dilution 10-6 with 101 colonies. This is plated on a NA plate.(donor cells)

E.coli at dilution 10-6 with 101 colonies on NA, Streptomycin and ampicillin plate. (transconjugants)

It also says when working out donor cells to remember 0.1ml was plated and 1/10th would be donor cells.

Any help if greatly appreciated and please show working so I can answer the rest of them.

Thank you!
