I am using stratagene' BacterioMatch?II Two-Hybrid System.The efficiency of bait and target plasmid cotransformation into the reporter strain is so low.Few clones grow in non-selective medium.My bait gene is from rat ,it has three disulfide bonds.could it express in the system? Help me please.I am so depressed now.Thank you.
