Dear all,

I want to  transfect my cells with siRNA-FITC labeled using electroporation.

Results were not good

comapny recommend to use conc equivalent to 100-250uM.

my siRNA already reconstituted in conc 50uM.
I want to make it more concentrated up to 200 uM

there is protocol to use ethanol/salt precipitation.

But electroporation manual doesn't recommend it due to traces of impurities that might cause cell death.
DO u have any suggestion for me.

I cannot increase the volume of used siRNA.

I must use 1ul.

Thanks in advance
