I'm expressing a recombinant protein in Trichoderma. It is degraded by proteases - assays showed that it's serine proteases and degradation is inhibited by PMSF.

Couldn't find any information about the us of PMSF in the growing cultures, e.g. concentration, addition frequency (I know that it's degraded in aqueous solutions).

Does anyone has any suggestions?
