I really need some advice. I am sorting bulk cell population into single cells, then lysing the single cell. I need to next fragment the single cell in preparation for NGS (end repair, a tailing). Can anyone recommend a fragmentation method? I can't use Covaris as it is a single cell only. I need to use an enzymatic shearing but don't know what will work.

Has anyone any experience? thanks.
