I am facing troubles with my ROX signal. Thus, I am looking for information about possible degradation of ROX/Sybr (e.g. how long can it be used once it is opened, ...)

Thanks,

I use and re-froze it many times without any problem. Are you sure it is problem of ROX? Check the instrument settings too. For example your "signal gain" settings might be wrong.
Do you have low ROX signal? High? Very variable?

Usually Rox is supplied in brown tubes and is protected from light. Otherwise it might stay for weeks in fridge without degradation, or be frozen/defrozen several times. Have you checked the wavelength for detection?
