Dear all,

I am using MDCK cells, and early this week I cultured cells in a very low density as we had a holiday for 3 days, and I forgot  to to come during the holiday to change the medium for my cells.

when I come back, the medium was  little acidic (but not so bad, still orange,), but cells looks not so good, with some air vacuoles or shiny points inside.

I cannot decide if my cells are bad or not, can u help me and give me ur comment.

I wonder if my cells exposed to a lot of stress/starvation and begin to die

Please check attached pic

Thanks in advance
