Hello everyone, I am new here. Btw, i am confused about what should be analyzed when we are comparing the efficacy of a drug. Let's say i test 5 types of drug with 8 concentrations, that is , 0,4, 0,8 1,6, 3,2 until 51,2. I test each concentration three times. My question is, what kind of statistical test should i use? And what variable should i test? Is it the IC50, the cell viability, or the cell number?

Oh ya, what is the best way to obtain IC50. I currently use excel with linear regresion and log transformation. Unfortunately, i got different result from the two methods. Really appreciate ur help. Thx in advance
