Can anyone help me with this question?

  1. Calculate the net number of ATP that can be generated from four (4) molecules of glucose in the liver. Assume that this is occurring under optimal conditions. Show all workings.....

look at the glycolysis and citric acid cycle pathways:

 

glycolysis

 

citric acid cycle

 

and add the atps up then multiply by 4.

For all future reference, you could use one of the biochemistry textbooks for help. The collection is decent, and many of the Q&As cover things we generally need help with. Hope this helps.
