Can anybody help me on how to selectively stain glycoproteins on SDS-PAGE gel or on PVDF/Nylon membrane??

Hi!
You might want to try lectins, wich usually bind specifically to glycoproteins.

Hi, you may try the alcian blue staining with silver staining as below:
Combined alcian blue and silver staining of subnanogram quantities of proteoglycans and glycosaminoglycans in sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gels.
Møller HJ, Heinegård D, Poulsen JH.
