I was going to offer the same advice as Trof but, unfortunately, Saran wrap is poorly permeable to oxygen.   You might want to shop around, though, as some clingfilms are gas permeable

(eg.  http://shprema.en.al...ping_fresh.html )

In the past I have used similar clingfilm with good effect when Parafilm went too pliable, sticky/gunky at 37oC and 56oC.

You might just have to give some form of clingfilm a try and see if it suits your purposes.

Seems interesting, any idea how many plates would go in 1 bag?

I see they are 33cm x 23cm, but how much would fit in? It seems you could only fit 1 plate in?

If you don't know it, then ask it! Better to ask and look foolish to some than not ask and stay stupid.

For this Cat Number 01816E, you can put 6 petri dishes (10 cm).
