I've created transgenic strains of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. melonis by Agrobecterium-mediated transformation. Now I work on recovering of flanking region of plasmid in Fusarium genome, by TAIL-PCR. I thought that it's going to be as simple as it written in papers (Liu and Whitter, 1995), but now I stuck with no results at all
Please if anyone has a clue, where I might be wrong, answer me.
