When I prepared my agar, I have to swirled quite vigorously to make sure the added antibiotic spread evenly to the whole agar mixture.
I am wondering if this could be the reason for bubbles formed in the agar plates that I prepared.
They did not show any bubbles at first. After I took them out from the fridge and warm them up, bubbles started to form at the bottom.
Any tips to avoid this?
