Hi! I´m interested in using UPL probes for miRNA RT-PCR. I read the document on miRNA RT-PCR of plant miRNAs (https://lifescience....2_07_p12-15.pdf) and I´m not sure about how to perform the reverse transcription. Should I run a RT reaction for each miRNA stem loop reverse primer and each sample? Or shall I multiplex reverse primers for different miRNAs? I was wondering if a single reverse transcription for each miRNA would not turn the cost prohibitive! I´d really appreciate your help with that! Thanks in advance
