Hi,

I'm working on glucose-stimulated insulin secretion assay on human pancreatic beta cells. Can anyone please tell me after the collection of aliquots (Krebs Ringer Bicarbonate Buffer with secreted insulin from the cells), how long can the aliquot sample be stored in -20 degree Celsius? Usually papers only mention the storage of the samples in -20 degree Celsius until usage for RIA or ELISA analysis, but I wonder how long can the sample be stored. Thank you.
