Hello,

Is there any gold standard for taking the amount of RNA in qPCR reactions? I am using 100 ng of RNA in my qPCR but i have seen people using 500ng to 1microgram even. Therefore, just wanted to know if there is any "gold standard" for the amount of RNA we should use for qPCR?

Cheers,
