Hello,
I was trying to detect laminin 5 antigen in praffin embedded sections of artificially grown oral mucosa tissue(keratinocytes grown on fibroblasts enriched collagen 1 biomatrix) using DAKO envision kit.
i tried dilutions of polyclonal antilaminin 5 from 1:100 to 1:1000 still there is background staining.
can you suggest  me how to overcome this?
