Hi Bioforum people.

I am currently playing around with a DSC in order to see if it could be useful in my experiments. I always perform 2 heat-ups, a regular one and one on a sample, but althought I still do this, I sometimes get a uneven curve on my spectrum, which makes it impossible to use the result, I know I can just rerun the experiment, but now I am curious, and I was wondering if any of you people around here would have any scientific explanation for why these uneven curves occur for me althought I do warm up?.

Best regards,
