Hi, I have a lot of problems with this topic, could any have an experimental temperatures from the next oligonucleotides:

catalasa
TNF-alfa
Mn SOD
Cu/Zn SOD
Beta-actin

Dear mirandeli,

Annealing tempearture is decided from the GC content of your oligos (higher GC and higher Ta). Others cannot tell you the Ta from the name of those oligos and you have to provide the sequences. There are many online tools for calculating Ta or Tm, such as tools listed here
