Is there any site for multiple sequence alignment between human, mouse and etc.

This one has but I can not download the sequences after alignment.

http://www.dcode.org/

I want to align a promoter of a gene of human with others like mouse, monkey and etc. to see differences in conserved sequences.

If you go to the NCBI BLAST page, at the bottom there are a bunch of specialized tools that will probably do the job you are looking for.
