Dear all

Im new to qPCR and help is needed. I need to quantify the amount of lipase genes in my isolate. My question is how to identify the reference genes or the standards?

How to go about this???

What type of cells are you investigating ?

This is the genes you are looking for, but which tissue or cells are you working with ? In order to find suitable reference genes, it is important to consider that.
