I want to do phospho-IP from mammalian cell extracts and am trying to select phospahtase inhibitors while avoiding anything too toxic (if possible).

Any  have any ideas or experience with this?

You can use Caliculin A for Serine/theronine phosphatases and sodium vanadate for Tyrosine phosphostases.

Just add these to your sample buffer when lysing your cells.
