Hello..

Could you give me some comment about Fibronectin Purification process?

After first elution using 4M urea, for second gelatin column, how can I eliminate urea?

dialysis or prewashing gelatin column with 4M urea is right?

dialysis will be fine, make sure you add a protease blocker in your dialysis buffer
