It is well known that the mRNAs of bacteria are very short and unstable. anyone there know where i can get one perfect mRNA isolation procedure . Another question is about the prepare of cDNA probe with 33P for macroarray. would anyone give me some suggestions on this topic.

Thanks in advance

Hi weimin,

I found a good guide from Ambion on the exact same topic

"Isolating Bacterial RNA for Array Analysis"
http://www.ambion.co...tn/91/9110.html

Hope it helps.
