Does anyone know if the MC57G cell line (which is a mouse fibrosarcoma derived line) is transiently transfectable with > 25%? I have seen reports in which this line is stably transfected, but that doesn't mean that the efficiency was that high. I am specifically looking for success in transient transfections with this line.

Thanks,
Michael
