Hi,

What person can help me,

I want to make radioactive northerns with Riboprobe (T7 RNA Polymerase),  not with CTP but with 32P ATP (because of the Ambion EZ DNA Strip Kit).

My normal DNA gene sond does not work correctly. I have made transgenic antisense lines and my promoter seems to be too strong and maybe I measure only the rest of the Antisense itself.
I have tested the Antisense orientation of the enzymfragments. It was correctly in Antisense orientated.

Please help
