I want to make a GST fusion protein with the GST tag on the C-terminus of protein of interest rather that the more common N-terminus. Has anyone tried this? I am interested in solubility results and purification. Thanks

Look at the litterature for that but I don't know If you will really improve your solubility....
If you want a real better solubility try to make a fusion protein with the NusA protein or try differents fusions proteins.
