elisa detection limit and sensitivity

Are lower detection limit and sensitivty same thing for elisa? how absorbance detection limit can be calculated from a 4 Parametric logistic curve and then convert it to the the analyte concentration detection limit?

The equation tells you the X and Y values for the line drawn by your standard curve. Solve the equation for the respective values of X based on value Y.
