Dear all,

I have a friend who is ... in a very bad state in terms of disappointment ...

He is stuck to write a thesis that he is not convinced with ... at all at all ...

Am trying to let the world be much easier to him ...

Have any of you entered such state ? And what did you do to overcome that ???

Me ... personally ... when was forced to do a thesis in something I find very -not interesting- ...

I changed the whole track ... couldn't bear the whole situation ... becoming involved in a research that is way far from my interests ...

Could you please give some tips ???

A bunch of thanks in advance

If his beliefs are contrary to his "scientific conclusions", then what the hell is he writing about? I mean to say, the science should fuel the belief. If it doesn't, then he should write about it! It sounds like he is drawing conclusions incorrectly. Data --> Interpretation. If an assay was shit, write about its caveats. If data was shit, that's good! That means you are upturning scientific dogma--which is what it's all about!
