I have a drug that is delivered in 50 mg powder. The specification sheet says its formula weight 623.14g/mol and its dissolvable in DMSO (50 mg/mL). Suppose I dissolve the powder in DMSO first to an initial stock solution of 50 mg/mL - how much should the stock solution be diluted to give a final concentration with an "acceptable" amount of DMSO?

If I say, have a 20g mouse and wish to inject 50 mg/kg in 200ul, what dilutions should I do to sufficiently dilute the DMSO out without affecting my drug?
