Hello!
I running some SYBR green real-time PCRs with a plasmid DNA with an insert as template.
One assay shows always a linear amplification. I made a serial dilution of primers and template to find a best combination. It changes only ct values, not the shape of the curve (it is straight and becomes more flat). The other assays working just fine. What´s wrong here?
