Isolation of whole cell membrane including proteins, lipids etc.

I wish to isolate total outer membrane (including proteins, lipids etc.) from mouse cells and later extract any ncRNA attached to the membrane, if any, for RNA-Seq. Can any one suggest me any protocol to isolate whole cell membrane in such a way that if any ncRNA attached to it is not degraded and could later be extracted through simple RNA extraction methods. Thanks
