Hello, does anybody done MTT on LNCaP cell in 96 well? Is there any special multiplate that I can use so that the cells will adhere better, or be more resilient to washing?

Yes, I know LNCaP is nortorious for easy detatching from culture vessles. I read people use fibronectin-coated 96-well plates for this cell and the plate can be purchased from Sigma or BD.
