Hello,

I have recently done an experiment with streptavidin-coated dynabeads. The biotinylated PCR products were binded by dynabeads. Then I used PCR fragment-dynabead complex as the template for a second PCR round. Unfortunately, I got a lot of smear instead of normal PCR fragments.

Is there a general problem ?

Thanks,

SR
