Hi all,

I'm trying to plot standard curve for the housekeeping gene that I gonna use for my qMSP. However, I have some problem where the higher dilutions have a smaller Ct when compared to the undiluted one. Is it possible inhibitor present in my bisulfite converted DNA that inhibit the PCR reaction? Anyone encountered this before? and how to get rid of it?

Many thanks if you can share you experience with me :)
