Hello!!

I would like some help for my tissue sections. I am using commercial frozen aortic tissue section and i have proceeded with Toluidine Blue O Staining with them according to a standart protocol. I am doing this for the first time and i would like some help to explain this. How can someone understand from this photo ( which i have uploaded) that in the upper half of the photo is the adventitia aortic layer? Does anyone know if fibroblasts in a tissue section has a special feature which help us to recognize them?

Help you in advance!
