Hi guys!

I'm very new to ChIP, and I'm doing a pull down on chromatin from human PBMCs. I'm having trouble right in the very first step of PMBC isolation and subsequent washing with 1X PBS, where for some reason after I pellet my cells, they are sticking together and refusing to dissolve even after several minutes of flicking. I feel like this is affecting the rest of my experiment,

Any suggestions are welcome!

Thank you in advance!
