I am currently working on ISH in zebrafish. My AS stains very well all around the cytoplasm, the problem comes with the S. It stains the nucleus of the cells and it does not take much time, the color development happens very fast in the case of the slides with the S. I am not doing the acetylation for the ISH, coul that be the problem? Thanks.
