Hi

I am having some problems in my ELISA. I am determining the antibody titer in Rabbit serum.

This is what I got for different dilutions.:

Actual antibody conc (ug/ml) 10^-2 26943.13 10^-3 327873.1 10^-4 22638.13 10^-5 94141.74 10^-6 893237.1 10^-7 8362716 10^-8 90567175

So do I take the average of the best values like 10^-2, 10^-4 and 10^-5 (I am using Bovine serum so it should be between 22-60 mg/ml) or the experiment is not good enough to determine the antibody titer? Why is there so much variations between the different dilutions? Is this common in ELISA?

Thanks for your time.
