Hi

I'm working with cells producing mucin in 12 wells insert. every week I would like to fixe and place it in paraffin to have a complete view of the evolution of my cell culture.

My question is: How can I fixe my cells (PAF 4% or methanol) and place in paraffin? I think I need to cut the insert before I fixe the cell or not?.

Can I store my cell in something after fixation or I need to place in paraffin the same day?

Thanks in advance.
