RNA isolation from mouse blood

Does anyone know which kit can be used for isolation of RNA from mouse blood. What is the yield from 200 ul of blood? Also, what is the mouse blood cell count, I mean the total WBCs and RBCs?

The Aquapure RNA isolation Kit (732-6371 Biorad) gives good results. 2-7 µgr RNA expected from 300µl blood.
