I am designing a system in which to fluorescence genes will be expressed at the same cell(human cell line). What are the best pair of gene I should select in order to distinguish between them to most easily.for Analysis and Sorting by FACS
For now I have selected GFP and BFP .
I would like to know are there better pair for such a task
