Hi, I've searching for plasmids that would allow me to do markerless transfer of mutations (SNPs, insertions, deletions) with counterselection. So far there are two plasmids from the osterreider and blattner labs, but they either require an MTA which i'm fine with, but that is going to take months to obtain it. And the other lab hasn't answered me. So perhaps someone has or knows of another plasmid with which to do this. I already know about the red plasmid and that doesn't work in this case.
