I would like to know which RZ is considered to be acceptable for a HRP conjugated protein. I have seen some bibliography and the pure Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) used to be conjugated should have a RZ (Abs 403 nm/Abs 280 nm) of approx. 3 to be good enough at conjugation. However, I cannot find anything about what is an acceptable value for the obtained conjugated protein. Anyone have an idea about this parameter? I would like to use it as QC in the production of HRP conjugated recombinant antigens.

Thank you in advance
