Dear all,
Does anyone have experience in culturing Human neural progenitor cells? After thawing the cells and pampering them over one and half week, I seeded them in a 384 well plate (coated with laminin). Surprisingly, they did not attach very well. They formed clumps what I had before when I thawed them for the very first time. However, I can see some cells that are growing but it is gonna take a while again. I guess. Did I make a mistake or is this the normal behavior of these cells? I am bit confused because my backup dish of NHNP looks fine. Do they need bigger vessels?
Any comment is very welcome.
Thanks
