I am in a new job (and new to this forum!), part of my assignment is to search/access 'array data' for the active stroma in some cancers. I found this website gdac.broad institute.org but have no idea what to look for and how to begin. I am also to provide array data using immuno laser capture microdissection (iLCM).

Does this website have the information I need and how should I proceed?

Thanks all!

PS: I have checked the posts on Macro- and Microarray and find them a tad advanced yet

Hi, welcome to the forum

Not sure if this helps you, but do you know the R2 microarray database ? r2.amc.nl

Il vivait. Il mourut quand il n'eut plus son ange;
La chose simplement d'elle-même arriva,
Comme la nuit se fait lorsque le jour s'en va.
